Any of these sound familiar?

I didn’t think it was going to feel like this.

Why am I reacting this way?

How did this happen to me?

Where do I go from here?

I feel powerless.

I don't know who I am anymore.

What Healing Can Feel Like
Healing isn’t just about talking—it’s about remembering who you are beneath the survival patterns. It’s about returning to your body, your story, and the parts of you that got left behind along the way.
At Golden Thread Wellness, we weave together talk therapy and body-based practices to gently support you in processing trauma, releasing stored emotion, and reconnecting with your innate wisdom. Our approach honors all of you—mind, body, and spirit—while offering a grounded, compassionate space to feel, explore, and soften.
Whether you’re moving through birth trauma, tending to your inner child, or finding your way through a life transition, we’re here to walk with you—one thread at a time—back home to yourself.
Guided Support Rooted in Trust
Collaborative Care
Healing is not something done to you—it’s something we walk through together. At Golden Thread Wellness, we see you as the expert of your own story. Our role is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and presence—walking alongside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, one step at a time.
Where Your Body’s
Story is Honored
Nervous System Nourishment
Trauma lives in the body, often long after the moment has passed. Using gentle somatic practices—like breathwork, movement, and body-based awareness—we help you soften into safety, calm your nervous system, and invite ease. It’s not about fixing; it’s about tending to what your body has been carrying.
Healing Through Deep, Attuned Dialogue
Therapeutic Conversation
Talk therapy at Golden Thread isn’t just about analyzing—it’s about being witnessed. Through open, grounded conversations, we help you explore your inner landscape, unpack emotional patterns, and cultivate insight. This is a space for honesty, tenderness, and the kind of clarity that creates lasting change.

Meet Olivia.
About Me
I’ve always felt things deeply. Even as a child, I sensed the emotions between words—the grief, the longing, the beauty—and while I was surrounded by love, that kind of depth wasn’t always understood.
Over time, I began to notice that our culture doesn’t always make space for the tender, the ancestral, or the intuitive. The way we’ve been taught to move through the world often asks us to bypass our bodies, silence our truth, and speed past the soul.
When I entered the field of therapy, I could feel the pressure to do things a certain way—to follow frameworks that felt disconnected from the very essence of healing. And I found myself working within these systems for some time until I realized I, too, was living disconnected. So I slowed down. I turned inward. I returned to what felt true.
To me, therapy is not about fixing—it’s about witnessing. It’s about honoring the wisdom that’s already within you, even when it feels distant or hidden.
It’s a deep honor to sit with people in their vulnerability. I don’t take that lightly. This work is sacred, and I meet it with care, respect, and reverence.
My Philosophy
I believe that healing is a process of returning to wholeness—not by forcing change, but by gently welcoming back the parts of us that had to break away to survive. When experiences become too overwhelming, our mind and body do what they must to protect us. Parts of ourselves fragment, retreat, or go dormant, waiting for a time when it is safe to return.
My approach honors this innate wisdom, recognizing that healing doesn’t come from simply revisiting the past, but from helping the nervous system feel safe enough to integrate what was once too much to hold. Through a blend of talk therapy, somatic work, and ancestral healing, I guide clients in reconnecting with their body’s signals, understanding their patterns with compassion, and creating the internal safety needed to welcome back lost or wounded parts of the self.
Healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about gently reclaiming all of who you are. With deep respect for each client’s pace and inner wisdom, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside them as they rebuild trust within themselves, weaving together the threads of their story into something whole, strong, and true.

"All of Western medicine is built on getting rid of pain, which is not the same as healing. Healing is actually the capacity to hold pain."
