Benefits

Healing is more than just talking—it’s about reconnecting with your body, your story, and your true self. At Golden Thread Wellness, we blend talk and body-based therapies to help you process trauma, release stored emotions, and cultivate deep healing. Through a compassionate, whole-person approach, we guide you in restoring balance, building resilience, and finding the inner wisdom that has always been within you. Whether you're navigating birth trauma, inner child healing, or life's transitions, we support you in weaving a path back to yourself.

Guided Support

Collaborative Care

Our approach is about walking alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery. We believe that you are the expert of your own experience—our role is to be a compassionate guide and collaborative partner, supporting you every step of the way.

Mind-Body Connection

Nervous System Regulation

Trauma isn’t just something we remember—it’s something we carry. We use gentle, body-based (somatic) techniques to release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore a deep sense of safety. Through movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, we help you shift from survival mode to balance, ease, and wholeness.

Healing Dialogue

Therapeutic Conversation

Through meaningful conversation, we help you untangle past wounds, gain clarity, and develop tools for resilience. This collaborative process empowers you to rewrite your narrative, deepen self-awareness, and move toward a more authentic, connected version of yourself.

About Me

[coming soon]

My Philosophy

I believe that healing is a process of returning to wholeness—not by forcing change, but by gently welcoming back the parts of us that had to break away to survive. When experiences become too overwhelming, our mind and body do what they must to protect us. Parts of ourselves fragment, retreat, or go dormant, waiting for a time when it is safe to return.

My approach honors this innate wisdom, recognizing that healing doesn’t come from simply revisiting the past, but from helping the nervous system feel safe enough to integrate what was once too much to hold. Through a blend of talk therapy, somatic work, and ancestral healing, I guide clients in reconnecting with their body’s signals, understanding their patterns with compassion, and creating the internal safety needed to welcome back lost or wounded parts of the self.

Healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about gently reclaiming all of who you are. With deep respect for each client’s pace and inner wisdom, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside them as they rebuild trust within themselves, weaving together the threads of their story into something whole, strong, and true.

Payment Model

At Golden Thread Wellness, we’ve chosen to operate as a self-pay practice because we believe in giving you the highest quality care possible. By doing so, we can truly focus on what matters most: your well-being. This also means that we are out-of-network with all insurance providers, allowing us to create a more personalized, client-centered experience for you.

Fee for Session

The current fee for a 55-minute session is $150. This rate was set thoughtfully, keeping in mind the standard fees of other practitioners in our area, and with the intention of offering fair and accessible care.

Out-of-
Network Reimbursement

You may be eligible for reimbursement depending on out-of-network coverage. Simply give the number on the back of your insurance card a call. If you do have coverage, we’ll be happy to provide you with a superbill after each session to help with reimbursement.
